If we reach capacity, new inquiries will be placed on a waiting list and contacted if we expand mid-season.

DO I NEED TO CALL YOU WHEN IT SNOWS?
No. We monitor snow fall and city plow activity 24/7. We'll dispatch our team with each qualifying snow event.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THE CITY PLOW COMES AFTER YOU?
When the majority of our customers have been affected by city plow activity, we dispatch again, to clean up what the plows have left.
WHEN WILL MY DRIVEWAY BE CLEARED?
Ideally, we operate at night, ensuring your driveway is clear by morning. We also dispatch during the day for significant snowfall events.
WHEN DOES THE SNOW REMOVAL SEASON START AND END?
Our season begins with the first 2” snowfall and ends with the last 2” snowfall of the winter—no per-push charges or surprise fees.
WILL YOUR EQUIPMENT DAMAGE MY LAWN OR DRIVEWAY?
No. We stake driveways in the fall with custom markers to clearly identify boundaries. Our snow blowing equipment avoids lawn damage and eliminates large snow piles.
WHAT IF I’M OUTSIDE YOUR SERVICE AREA?
We currently service Marquette city limits. If you’re outside the area, you can still submit an inquiry—requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and added to our expansion or waiting list.
